PVC particles from the rigid connector of transfusion (infusion) devices.

Product Overview :
This product is a medical‑grade rigid polyvinyl chloride (PVC) granule, specifically designed for the manufacture of rigid connector components (e.g., Luer connectors, threaded connectors, screw‑type connectors) used in transfusion/infusion sets. Formulated with a special recipe, the material ensures biological safety while offering high hardness (Shore D ≥75), excellent dimensional stability, and outstanding chemical resistance. It withstands repeated insertion/separation (≥500 cycles) and steam sterilization at 134 ℃ for 30 minutes. The product complies with ISO 10993‑1 Biological evaluation of medical devices and GB/T 15593‑2020Polyvinyl chloride plastics for transfusion (infusion) equipment. It is suitable for intravenous infusion, blood transfusion, and similar applications. The granules are cylindrical in shape (approx. 3 mm × 5 mm), with no bubbles or visible black spots on the surface.
