Polyvinyl chloride (PVC) pellets for use in drip chambers of transfusion/infusion sets.

Product Overview:
This product is medical‑grade polyvinyl chloride (PVC) granules, specially designed for manufacturing drip chamber components (including the drip chamber body and cap) used in transfusion and infusion sets. Through a special formulation, the material offers high transparency (light transmittance ≥85%), excellent impact resistance, and chemical resistance. It withstands repeated compression, ethylene oxide (EO) sterilization, and steam sterilization (121 ℃ / 20 min).
The product complies with ISO 10993‑1:2018 Biological evaluation of medical devices and GB 15810 Sterile single‑use syringes. It is intended for use as components in intravenous infusion and blood transfusion sets. The product is supplied as highly transparent cylindrical granules (approx. 3 mm × 5 mm) with a smooth surface and free from foreign inclusions.
